Summer Street Patrol at St. Patrick's Toronto

Street Patrol is now on its 27th year! Join us every Wednesday evening in July & August (Jul 6 – Aug. 31, 2022) from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

IMPORTANT: We are now booking LARGE Groups (groups of 12 people or more). Individuals and Small Groups need NOT book - please participate whenever you wish!

Street Patrol is a weekly volunteer program which was started by its organizer, Lucio Abbruzzese out of St. Patrick's Church, to feed the poor and homeless of downtown Toronto. A patrol would commonly consist of a group of 20 to 40 youth and adults. who meet at the steps of St. Patrick's Church in Toronto, bringing with them food and care packages for distribution. They head out to walk through the downtown core to distribute the goods to the homeless, searching for those who could use a meal and a smile. Each patrol could last from 2-3 hours.
