Liturgy of the Word for Children

Liturgy of the Word for Children has resumed on Sundays at the 11:00 am Mass. The ministry is intended for children between ages 3-7 years old. After the opening prayer, children who wish to attend are invited to come forward for a blessing before proceeding to the church hall to hear the Gospel in simple relatable language. Our trained leaders help the children to understand the readings through prayers, discussions and activities. The children return for the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Parents are always welcome to accompany their children, especially the very young.

Leaders Needed! New Adult Group Leaders* are needed for this ministry. High School students are also welcome to serve as Leader Assistants and can fulfill high school service hours.
