Update on Ashadeep Project

After 4 years of absence from visiting Ashadeep, Barbara Galbraith spent August and September at the Centre for the Differently Abled in the diocese of Bijnor, North India. She will be giving an update and powerpoint presentation on her visit there and the developments that have taken place since the last visit in 2020. The Centre and St. Joseph’s school have grown and a variety of projects have been accomplished. The funds collected at St. Patrick’s over the last four years have been used to build a school library and purchase books, to purchase a desperately needed bus, and many supplies for the classrooms. These projects will be shown in the ppt. as well as photos of the children and the school.

This will take place on December 1st during the coffee hour after the 11:00 am Mass and after the 5:00pm Sunday Mass at the back of the church. Also, during the Open-Door lunch on Wednesday December 4th.
