Symposium on Euthanasia

A VIRTUAL EVENT RECOMMENDED BY THE OFFICE FOR PROMOTING CHRISTIAN UNITY AND RELIGIOUS RELATIONS WITH JUDAISM

Two talks will be presented at this virtual conference held in light of recent legislation on medical assistance in dying (MAiD). Fr. Nicolaie Atitienei, Orthodox priest and councillor at St. John the Compassionate Mission, will speak on the “Implications of Bill C-7 for the Homeless and People with Mental Health Issues.” Dr. John Berkman, professor at Regis College, will present: “Euthanasia and Christian Tradition.”
